We started recruiting Chemical Engineers in Houston Texas, and the business grew to included Process Engineers for Exxon, Mobil, Shell, Cities Service, ARCO, GE, Celanese and other Fortune 100 chemical companies.

The early 80’s fostered a rampant growth and demand for DCS “Distributed Control Systems” expansions and we gained clients in Computer Process Automation, Simulation and Modeling with the Oil and Chemical clients and the Process Automation Companies. New clients included Honeywell, Fisher Controls now part of Emerson, Foxboro and Simulation Sciences now part of Invensys, and Aspen Technology.

These Automation clients needed Chemical Engineers as Application Engineers and Industry Managers who were adept at Automation, Software Programming and knowledgeable in their respective Industry and chemical process operations. Our automation business increased to include Pharma leader Bristol-Squib, and Energy leader Duke Power and others.

As consolidation in the chemical and automation industries continued, clients were integrating their Business and Operations Systems and we moved up the Technology Chain to include Consultants in the MRP software and then ERP software fields. We worked with Dell in it’s early days recruiting Supply Chain Managers, Commodity Managers and Supplier Quality Engineers.

By 2000, we had established a CRM “Customer Relationship Management” expertise and that grew to include BI “Business Intelligence”. We had a National Practice recruiting Consultants for Software firms and boutique consulting firms. A trend we established early continued as these clients needed Technical experts with knowledge in Business and Industry verticals.

As data technology integration demands evolved we added Datawarehouse, Analytics, AI “Artificial Intelligence”, Data Mining, Big Data, Machine Learning, Unified Communications, and Mobile.

Many times our Technical consultants were needed in the front end in support of Pre and Post sales applications and our business evolved to include Account Executives and Regional Sales Executives.
